1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, software platform, and services operated by Virtual Dentist ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services & Platform Use

• Virtual Dentist provides practice management software, workflow automation, and digital consultation tools.
• Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment checkout.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, or exploitation of Virtual Dentist software, content, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account violating these terms or engaging in unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

3. Payments & Billing

• All subscription plans, one-time fees, and transaction charges are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners (including PayU).
• Prices for our software tiers and services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• You agree to provide valid payment details and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Virtual Dentist is a management and clinical facilitation platform and does not provide formal medical diagnoses or direct emergency healthcare. Practitioners remain solely responsible for patient treatment decisions.
• In no event shall Virtual Dentist, its founders, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.
• Our total aggregate liability under any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Virtual Dentist during the month preceding the dispute.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
