Transaction Data: Details of subscriptions purchased, invoice records, and payment identifiers. (Note: Virtual Dentist does not store raw credit/debit card details, CVVs, or net banking passwords; all payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways like PayU).
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, login session timestamps, and device diagnostics to maintain system security.

We use collected data to:

Set up, maintain, and secure your Virtual Dentist software account.
Process recurring subscription fees, invoices, and service notices.
Deliver technical support and software feature updates.
